Unfortunately, PizzaBesteld.nl can not accept any responsibility regarding the processing time of involved suppliers. If your order is extremely delayed we kindly request you to contact the supplier using the phone number as received in the order confirmation email.
What are the delivery costs of my order?
Products sold via PizzaBesteld.nl cost the same as ordering them by phone. Partnering suppliers are not allowed to charge additional fees for their products on PizzaBesteld.nl, other than their normal delivery costs.

PizzaBesteld.nl provides you a quick overview of suppliers of mineral water, beverages, gas, charcoal and other utility goods that provide their services in your neighborhood. Simply place an order and we will make sure the supplier delivers it to the preferred location.
Why does my browser asks me to share my location?
By sharing your current location, we are able to lookup the suppliers that offer their services in your region. In case your location can be determined properly, we will store this information on your computer using a "cookie". The next time you access this site, we will simply use this information and do not need to ask you for it again.

Why does my shoppingcart not display all items?
The small shoppingcart on the top of the screen is a so-called "minicart". This minicart only displays the last added/changed items. In case you want to see a summary of your complete order, click on the "continue" button when the shoppingcart is expanded.
What about the delivery fee?
Suppliers can indicate a certain fee that you have to pay to have an order delivered. This fee typically depends on the region that you want to have the order delivered. The fee will be added as an additional charge to your order as soon as the delivery address is indicated.ltam

What happens after I place an order?
Our order management system will automatically forward the order to the supplier where you placed the order. Within seconds this supplier receives the order via fax, email or via a dedicated application. In case we can not reach the supplier using electronic means, your order will be forwarded by phone by our call center. This way we can ensure you that your order is received by the supplier which will process it.am
Can I place products of multiple supplier in a single order?
No, currently an order is supplier specific. This means that only products as provided by a single supplier can be added to an order. In case you try to add products of a differeny supplier, your order will be resetted automatically and you will be notified about this.
What happens when I order at a single shop, while this supplier partners with other shops?
In case you order from a single shop, then the order, pickup, and delivery conditions of this shop apply. These conditions will be presented in step 3 (pickup / delivery) of the order process.

Who is responsible for the quality of my order?
PizzaBesteld.nl is only an intermediary, the linking pin between you as a consumer and the supplier. PizzaBesteld.nl only forwards your order to the selected supplier. Therefore we have little influence on the quality of the delivery and service, the delivery time or the quality of the delivered product. In case you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact the supplier using the phone number as received in the order confirmation email. You can also contact our service desk to submit a complaint. We will forward your complaint to the supplier and ask them to take care of your complaint. In case a supplier causes a lot of complaints to be submitted, PizzaBesteld.nl will take extra steps to prevent further complaints and remove the supplier from our system if necessary.
How does the review system work?
To indicate the quality of presented products, the service and the delivery of the suppliers registered at PizzaBesteld.nl, we provide a review system. We show the reviews for each supplier if they have received 3 or more reviews, including the average score the suppliers received from her customers.lt
Service and conditions
The supplier did not receive my order?
In case you have placed an order at a certain supplier, but the supplier tells you that they did not receive your order via PizzaBesteld.nl, or refuses to accept and process the order, please contact our service center. We will verify if your order has been confirmed by the supplier using fax, e-mail, or phone. Keep in mind that it might take up to 15 minutes to forward the order, depending on the connection settings of the supplier.
